*Abide by the NO PETS and NO SMOKING rules and understand that noncompliance is a cause for forfeiture of monies paid and/or occupancy of property.

* Abide by the occupancy limits of the property and to face eviction, without refund, for noncompliance.

* Indemnify Owner and name them harmless from all suits, claims, and expenses in connection with loss of life, bodily or personal injury or property damage arising from or out of the use or occupancy of the premises.

* By signing, I agree to abide by the rental terms and certify that I am over 21 years of age and realize that the Owner reserves the right to refuse entry at check-in to anyone not within these requirements.

* Agree to make arrangements with the owner prior to check-out regarding return of keys and gate opener.  Failure to return all keys and gate openers will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
